Lizella, GA- Brenda J. Alliston passed away at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon on the afternoon of Monday, July 16, 2018. She was 75 years old.
Born in Stone Mountain, Georgia on April 5, 1943, Brenda was the daughter of the late James and Helen Barlow Wilcox. She retired from the Bibb County Board of Education where she was known for her deep devotion to the children and was a great role model for generations. In Brenda's retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at Skyview Elementary and spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies and great-grandbabies.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Clark Howell Alliston.
Brenda leaves her memory behind with her loving children, James Alliston, Anita Ennis (Gene), and Lori Webber (Jeff); grandchildren, Cody Webber (Samantha), JoAnna Webber, Ryan Ennis, and Brenda White (Donald); and great-grandchildren, Sarah Marie White, Kaylah Giles, Sarah and William Webber, and Aleana and Caden Moreno.
At the family's request, all services will be private.

I know y 'all are missing her so much. Prayers of comfort knowing she's no longer in pain and resting with our lord and all her loved ones who've passed and have been waiting for her arrival. Rest in peace Brenda.

May the peace of God surround you during this time. The influence of a great teacher is infinitely significant. The team of Alliston, Ivey and Webber has had an indelible impression during my foundational years (i.e. Kindergarten) at Morgan Elementary and to my adulthood. Thank you for your service to generations of children.
