Daniel Lamar Obituary
Silver Spring, MD- Daniel "Dan" Lee Lamar, 84, of Silver Spring, MD passed away on July 25th, 2017.
He was the son of the late Pierce and Elizabeth (Moore) Lamar. Dan proudly served in the United States Army for 20 years, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class.
Dan was predeceased by six siblings. He is survived by 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, 4 sisters and their extended families.
He will be buried in Arlington Cemetery in Washington D.C. on August 18, 2017. A previous memorial service was held on August 4, 2017 in Washington, D.C.
