Daniel "Danny" Eugene Leslie, 71, passed away on Monday, June 14, 2021. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Debra Grisham officiating. The family will greet friends on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cure PSP.org, 1216 Broadway, 2nd floor, New York, NY 10001.
Danny was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Eugene W. and Josey Baker Leslie. Danny served in the Air Force National Guard. He was a video producer and had his own TV show on the outdoor channel for 8 years, "Rotor/ Wing Sports T.V." He was a commercial pilot and flight instructor and worked as an air traffic controller. Danny was a member of the PRA. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty one years, Pam Clifton Leslie of Macon, GA; two daughters; Brandi Leslie of Senoia, GA; Wendy Leslie of Macon, GA; son, Blake (Chad) Leslie of Fishkill, NY; four grandchildren; Laurel Faye, Carmen Sambulski, Kameron Gordon, Karlie Wright; two sisters; Sandra Knowles of Bremen, GA and Jo Anne Holland of Newnan, GA and several nieces and nephews.

My condolences for the passing of an exceptional American, I will miss his friendship but will see him on the other side. Wish I could have had a ride with him in that gyrocopter! Thank you for your sacrifice as a warrior and patriot Dan.

I was so sorry to her of Dan's passing. He was always so full of joy. Pam, Blake and the rest of the family are in my prayers. I was proud to know Dan.
