To the family of Ella Belle Seltzer I want to say that Ella Belle was a beautiful caring friend more like a second Mom to me. I will missed her but I know right now she is in Jesus hands. Jesus comfort all of her family members and friends and if there is anyway I can be of help to the family please let me know and always know because Jesus lives within side of all of us we can face anything we have to face. love and prayers from Betty and Clinton
