Jack Ard -LAKE SINCLAIR - Jack Ard, 76, of Lake Sinclair, died Wednesday, November 1, 2006. Funeral services will be held today at 12:30P.M. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Horton and Dr. Marvin Bittinger officiating. Interment to follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. -He was born in Monroe County and moved to Macon when he was 11. He has lived at Lake Sinclair since 1987. -Mr. Ard served four years in the Navy Amphibs in the Korean War. He was retired from Keebler Biscuit Company after 33 years as maintenance foreman. He loved hunting, fishing, boating and cooking for family and friends and his beloved dog, Bubba. -Mr. Ard is preceded in death by his mother Mae Ard and his father Jim Ard and one son, Jim Ard; two brothers, James Gresham and Artis Ard; one sister, Frances McDaniel and one granddaughter, Mandy Smith. -He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Nannette Walker Ard; two daughters, Jackey Johnson (Ronny) and Nancy Cobb (Robert); two sons, Pete Ard (Glenda) Glynn Ard; two sisters, Rachel Gossett and MaryAnn Garrett (Sonny); a brother-in-law, J.D.
