Perry, Georgia - On Tuesday, November 9, 2021, Jerrie Maxine Ramsdell, passed away at the age of 75.
Jerrie was born on November 26, 1945 in Canton, GA to Chief Master Sgt. Jerry Mack Hawkins and Vivion Virginia Hawkins. She was the sister of Tommy Hawkins and Ginger Hawkins.
She raised her two children, Theodore (Ted) Ramsdell and Robin Jean Ramsdell, as well as her granddaughter Tess Caroline Harper.
Jerrie had a passion for painting, reading, and teaching and retired as an educator from the Houston County School System. She was a beloved teacher, mother, sister and friend. Her self-proclaimed greatest role was "Granny" to Tess. She will be missed greatly.
