Jerry Scott



Jerry Scott Howard, 49, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014, at his home.

Jerry was born May 28, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio to parents Jerry E. and Sherry (MacKay) Howard.

He was employed with P&J Chrome Plating for many years. Jerry graduated from Whitmer High School and was in the school's marching and jazz bands. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church where he participated in many youth athletics and activities.

Jerry is survived, along with his parents, by daughters, Brittany Martin, Kelcie and Terah Howard; sister, Anita Richardson; brother, Steve (Judy) Howard; niece, Heather (Justin) Hilger; nephew, Dwight Richardson; great-nephews, Grady and Logan Hilger; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was a very caring, fun and loving person who enjoyed being with friends and family. He was the comedian of our family and loved to joke. He will be greatly missed.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held Thursday, November 6, at Reeb Funeral Home, Sylvania, Ohio with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. and a service to follow at 11 a.m.

Those wishing to offer memorials in Jerry's memory, in lieu of flowers, are asked to consider The American Heart Association or Sunshine Children's Home.
