Joseph Billy Fowler -FORSYTH - Joseph Billy Fowler, age 81, died Thursday, June 6, 2002. Services will be held at 11A.M., Monday, June 10, 2002, at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA. -Mr. Fowler was born in McCaysville, GA and was the son of the late Jerry and Lena Bell Fowler. He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard serving during World War II. -Survivors include children: Terry D. Fowler and wife, Rita, of Warner Robins, Barry J. Fowler and wife, Brenda, of Lexington, KY and Joe D. Fowler, of Forsyth; brother: Charles Fowler, McCaysville, CA; seven grandchildren. -Visitation will be 3:00 until 5:00P.M. Sunday at Monroe County Memorial Chapel. -In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to American Cancer Society, Monroe County Unit, P.O.. Box 4406, Macon, GA 31208. -Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
