Jones County, Georgia - Joseph "Jeff" Gregory, 56, of Jones County, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021. A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Hart's Mortuary, Jones County Chapel. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
Son of the late Carl Felton Gregory, Sr. and Phyllis Louise Davis, Jeff loved his grandchildren, animals, sweets, the beach, and Helen, Georgia. He was a jokester who loved to talk. He loved his work and was proud of it. Jeff was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Mixter.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Susan Marshall-Gregory of Jones County; children, David Marshall (Amber) of Jones County, Megan Reisinger (Forest) of Bonaire, Georgia, and Sean Marshall (Krissy) of Vancleave, Mississippi; grandchildren, Nikki Marshall, Damon Marshall, Abigail Marshall, Emerson Reisinger, Corbin Reisinger, and Adaline Marshall; sisters, Crystal Stovall, Shawn Davis (Brittany); and brothers, Mike Davis, Anthony Gregory of South Carolina, Carl Gregory, Jr. of Stockton, Georgia, Rome Gregory of Macon, and Jerry Gregory of Byron.
