McDonough, Georgia - Services for Kenneth McMillan will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church with burial at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA.
Kenneth retired from the U.S. Army after 20 plus years of service with the rank of Staff Sergeant. He earned numerous decorations, citations and company ribbons such as The National Defense Service Medal, Overseas Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Citation and Presidential Unit Citation.
Kenneth was pre-deceased by his parents, Marion McMillan, Sr. and Hattie L. Binns McMillan and by his brother, Michael McMillan.
Among those left to cherish his memories are: his wife, Rotraut E. McMillan; his only child, Harold M. McMillan of Bremen, Germany; his siblings, Marion McMillan, Jr. (Rosalind) of Bolingbroke, GA, Naomi McMillan, Macon, Georgia, and Karen P. McMillan, Arlington, VA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
