Bolingbroke, GA- Norman Chambliss, Sr, age 101, passed away on January 3rd, 2013, at his home. Services will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, January 7th, 2013, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Bolingbroke. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Josephine Chambliss; children, Mary Chambliss of Macon, GA, Kittie Washington (Michael) of Macon, GA, Norman Chambliss, Jr. (Leila) of Macon, GA, Alice Oliver of Macon, GA, Pearlie Colbert (Rev. Willie) of Macon, GA, Martha Clements (Albert) of Forsyth,GA, Charles Chambliss (Ethyle) of Macon, GA and Edward Chambliss of Macon, GA; brother, Sampson Chambliss of Macon, GA; sister-in-law, Louise Chambliss of Macon, GA.
Arrangements are entrusted to Willis Funeral Services, Inc. 191 MLK King Jr. Drive, Forsyth, Georgia.The family may be reached at 661 Shi Road, Bolingbroke, Georgia.
