I knew Patsy in high school. Then later on in our lives our paths crossed again. I was a better person for knowing her. And, knowing the type of person she was, Patsy would want us to celebrate the life she had. She was a joy and is still bringing joy in the afterlife, I am sure.

I remember Patsy from High School. She was always so full of life and laughter. Iwas new to Macon, and she was so kind and friendly. You never forget someone who makes you feel so welcome. I haven't seen her in years, but the many messages tell a lovely story of her life. I know she will be greatly missed by friends and family. How wonderful to know of her Faith and it's blessing to so many. My deepest condolences are mixed with joy knowing her life goes on with the Lord. Sincerely, Gina Robinson

I met Patsy about 14 years ago, when I worked at Macon Mall. She was such a wonderful lady. She never met a stranger and made everyone feel like family. She always remembered the names of my children and always asked about my family situations. Patsy was always full of love. Her loss leaves a void in many. Many prayers being said for her friends and family.

I would like to address this to Patsy, Pete and Mike (Patsy was like a second Mom to me). When I heard the news of her loss it was gripping and painful... While I haven't seen you in several years I've thought of you often and regret that I did not have a chance to say Goodbye. You were good to me and my Dad. You loved me, my brother and sister unconditionally. You listened to me and gave me great advice, you supported me and reached out to me when i needed a friend and called me often when I lived on the west coast. Sometimes..it was just to say hi...other times..you would be an ear and sounding board for me. You cared so much about me and I'll always love you for that. You gave of yourself to me and countless others as a nurse, friend and companion. You were awesome. Thanks for being a special part of my life that I will always treasure. You made me laugh and your loss has made me cry. I know that you are in a much better place with our God. Pete, Mike and friends...please accept my condolence. I will always remember that warm "smile" Patsy. With Love, Mark

I have such fond memories of Patsy from A.L.Miller Sr. High School. She was one of the very few and first girls that went out of their way to welcome me and befriend me as I, a scared Black Girl started going to the predominantly all white Miller Senior High School for Girls back in the Fall of 1967. We both were in Miss Rita Long's homeroom class together as well as some other classes. She seem to always walk fast...always in a hurry to get to cheerleader practice or somewhere. The other students loved and admired her as well. I am so glad, blessed and fortunate to have met her with her ever present and ever ready smile for me and others during the first critical and crazy years of integration. Thank You Patsy for your friendship and tolerance and great manners. May God lift you up where you belong, and may the Nicholas family have peace, love and strength that comes from God and from each other during this difficult time of bereavement. Hold on to God's Unchanging hands. She is well with our Lord and Savior.

I thank the Lord for the privilege of knowing Patsy. She and my Dad were together for many years as a couple. She was always very kind and she definitely had the gift of encouragement. She loved me and my brother and sister as if we were her own children. As I sat in my study yesterday I was looking through some old pictures and some books she had given me through the years; one of my favorites was a Bible she gave me before I went off to seminary in North Carolina. She wrote in the front of that Bible encouraging me in the work of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have kept that Bible on my desk throughout my ministry. Thank you Patsy for the role model and mentor you were to my life. I will never forget all that you did for me and my family. I will always hold a special place in my heart for you. I love you dearly.
