Ray Bryant Obituary
February 9, 1938 - December 26, 2020
Gray, Georgia - Ray Arney Bryant Sr, 82, went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 26, 2020 surrounded by his family. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Elam Memorial Gardens with Jeff Stark officiating. Pallbearers are Bryan Young, Jerry Beckham, Chris Bryant, Kevin Bryant, Matthew Ray Bryant, Joshua Sutton Bryant, Chandler Joseph Bryant, Aiden Walker Bryant and Harrison Keith Bryant.
Ray started Bryant Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in 1960 (Now Wilson Bryant Air Conditioning) in Macon and Eatonton, Georgia. Ray served on the Board of Directors for Cross Keys Baptist Church and Cross Keys Christian Academy.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Clara Lanette Bryant, two children, Ray Arney Bryant Jr (Karen) of Gray, Bradford Keith Bryant (Alyson) of Gray, five grandchildren, Matthew Ray Bryant (Susan), Joshua Sutton Bryant (Jillian), Chandler Joseph Bryant (Chelsea), Harrison Keith Bryant, and Aiden Walker Bryant; 2 great Grandchildren, Madison Debra Bryant and Nora Bellamy Bryant; sisters, Martha Beckham and Margie Ethridge (Van); and brother, Terry Bryant (Ken). He was predeceased by his parents, Mose and Alma Bryant.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Kindred Hospice in Warner Robins and his caregivers, Anthony Freeman, Vickie Greene, Lisa Mann and Louise Gibson for their compassionate care during his final days.

Terry, Ken and family,
I was so sorry to hear about Ray's passing. Please know that all of the Bryant family are in our thoughts and prayers. I have great memories of Ray and Lanette coming to our auctions and him always being willing to help out at the church. God bless you all.
