Thank you all for the beautiful comments. Though our hearts are heavy we will forever remember how great a husband and father that he was and we will truly miss him. Our memories and faith is what is keeping us strong.

Peace be you! Mr. Chambliss was so helpful at work. He was the go to guy and very knowledgable. I had to call him on the phone alot concerning business. I used to laugh about Mr. Chambliss because he would never say goodbye on the telephone, he just mummbled something and hung up. It always made me smile. He was truly a nice person. May the comfort of the Lord be with you. RIP Robert!

While Robert worked at Robins he was my trainer on the job and in life. He taught me such much about aircraft and family. I remembered how proud he was of his daughters and though he fussed at times but made sure Mrs. Robert Chambliss was happy. Today I take everything that Robert taught me in aircraft and in life in stride. God bless the Chambliss Family. You are in my prayers in your time of sorrow.
