Macon, Georgia - Funeral Services for Wanda Joyce Smith will be held 11 AM Friday, December 27, 2024, in the Chapel of Jones Brothers Mortuary, 3035 Millerfield Rd. Macon. Interment Services will follow at Cedar Ridge Cemetery, Gray, GA. Mrs. Smith, 72, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
Survivors include her husband, Ellis Smith and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 11 AM until 12 NOON ONLY.
Jones Brothers Mortuary has charge of arrangements.

Prayers and Condolences to the family. I met Wanda at a young age when I was a teen babysitting the Bradley children. Years later, I ran into her and would see her often my chance dining out. Wanda was a very sweet and polite lady. I know she will be missed.

To Chuck and Family: I send my sincere condolences. This is difficult to grasp because Wanda and I had just went out to eat the day before she took ill. We laughed and talked for awhile. I have known Wanda for years. We worked together, went to concerts, plays, FVSC Homecoming and Classic games, shopping and other outings. We made it our business to go out to eat at least once a month. And we celebrated our birthdays along with Pat Pitts. I am truly going to miss my friend. My heart is hurting but I know GOD is in control. I will always cherish the memories and the bond we shared. RIP my friend. Love RUBY HELEN MOORE DUMAS
