Brian Alan Mosley

MIDDLETON - Brian Alan Mosley, age 71, passed away with peace and calm at Agrace Hospice care in Fitchburg, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Brian respectfully and admirably chose to forgo further treatment after coping with significant illness, which was further complicated by multiple injuries.
Brian was born in Chicago, IL, July 7, 1952, to Clement and Jean Marks Mosley. He graduated from Roycemore High School in Evanston, IL. He married Jeannene Hall Mosley at Baha'i Temple in Wilmette, IL, June 9, 1974.
Brian was a hairdresser in Chicago and Madison. He helped his brother, Wayne Mosley, open Rocky Rococo's in 1974, managing several stores. He later opened a Rocky's in Jacksonville, FL, from 1986-1992, after which he moved with his family to Middleton, WI. He was then the district manager of Valpak for SW Wisconsin until retirement in 2018. Brian's desire was to Live Life Now, a value he encouraged in others. He organized many trips after retirement to travel the world with Jeannene.
As an avid fisherman, he fished across the country and Mexico, enjoying time spent on lakes and oceans with friends and family. Brian loved cooking and hosted numerous parties, serving exquisite food for neighbors, friends, and family to enjoy.
Brian is survived by wife, Jeannene Mosley; son, Branden Eldred; son-in-law, Andrew Eldred; and granddaughter, Riley Eldred; sister, Stefanie Darbyshire Mosley (Lynn Darbyshire); niece, Jessi Mosley; niece, Jaime Smith (Tracy Smith); nephew, Gregg Darbyshire (Dana Darbyshire); several grand and great-grand nieces and nephews; cousins; and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Wayne.
Cremation services provided by Cress Funeral Home in Middleton.
Celebration of life will be held at Holy Wisdom Monastery, Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. and can also be viewed over live stream at https://venue.streamspot.com/event/NDUxNjk2MA==.
