Boeck, Deborah "Deb"

MADISON/VERONA - Deborah D. "Deb" Boeck, age 64, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021. She was born on Feb. 6, 1957, to Lawrence and Wilma (Benninger) Gabbei.

Deb worked at Amatos for 15 years, and there she made lifelong friends and family. Rose and Sam helped shape her into the person she was. She spent the last 29 years employed with UW Health Hospital and Clinics prior to retiring in 2016. Every patient she met held a special place in her heart, and she was sad to say "see you later" upon her retirement. While working with UW, she volunteered countless hours to Drive to Share and played the role of elf helping families in need.

She will forever be remembered for her love of family and friends, her generosity and her love for grocery shopping, cooking and catering parties even until the end. The love of her life was her five grandchildren, whom she was so proud of.

Deb is survived by her children, Michael, Jennifer (Kyle) and Kyle. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Elizabeth and Landon Beicher, Aubree, Rylee and Kaylee Thompson; three sisters, Mary, Lynn, Karen; and two brothers, Fred and Leonard.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister and grandparents.

The family will be holding a celebration of life at DRAFT HOUSE in Verona on Thursday Feb. 25 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Thank you Agrace HospiceCare for everything you did to help our family.

Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you all. If you can only remember me with tears, then don't remember me at all. Thoughts and Prayers for your family
