Debra Blaska Obituary
July 8, 1952 - December 28, 2025
SUN PRAIRIE/LAKE MILLS - Debra C. Blaska, of Lake Mills, WI, and Venice, FL, age 73, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg.
She was born on July 8, 1952, in Dodgeville, to Merle Rossing and Doris (Iverson) Rossing. Deb graduated from Sun Prairie High School in the Class of 1970 and worked her whole career for UW Hospital. She is remembered for her many motorcycle adventures with friends and on her own. If you weren't ready to ride, you were likely left in the dust. She also enjoyed traveling, spending winters in the Florida sun, and time with family and friends.
Deb is survived by her husband, John, of Lake Mills, WI, and Venice, FL; daughter, Michelle (Travis) Wareham, of Madison, and their children, Dillon, Sean, Taylor, and Heather (Lance), and their children, Addison and Alex; son, Greg (Jenni) Stenson, of Dodgeville, and their children, Kirsten (Garrett), Chase, and Hunter; stepchildren, Rebecca Antil, of Columbus, and her children, Alex and Ashton; Jessica (Brian) Grady, of Cottage Grove, and their children, Jack and Gus; and John M. (Val) Blaska, of Columbus, and their children, Alina and John D. "Bubba"; brother, Glen (Kathleen) Rossing, of Madison; sister, Terri Acker, of Carlsbad, CA; and many beloved relatives and friends.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents and the father of her children, Wendall Stenson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Kestrel Ridge Golf Course, 900 Avalon Road, Columbus, Wisconsin. A special prayer will be given at 12 p.m., led by her brother, Glen. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice Care.
