To Erik and Pat, Gayle did love to come out to the farm. Several times with all the Staven's. One fond memory is she was the first to bring us news of McDonald's hamburgers, fries, and shakes on S. Park St. We couldn't wait to come to Madison to check it out and get a hamburger and fries for a quarter. I also remember some great spaghetti dinners with Gayle at Aunt Elinor and Norman's home. My first introduction to real spaghetti.
