Greydon Hunter Pelkey
Aug. 24, 1995 - June 28, 2022
It is with profound sadness we share the loss of Greydon Hunter Pelkey of Janesville, WI. Greydon passed away peacefully at his home in Madison after a long battle with addiction. We take comfort in knowing he is finally at peace and was with his best friend and rock, Kobe, a champagne Pitbull that he loved more than anything.
He is survived by his mother, Danielle McGrath of Beloit, WI; his father and his partner, Dave Pelkey and April Soto, of Antioch, IL; his big brother, Nicholas Holder of New York, NY; his grandma, Sherry Keegan of Janesville, WI; his grandparents, Jim and Kerry McGrath of Janesville, WI; his uncle and aunt, Mike and Murph Pelkey of Phenix City, AL; and countless cousins, aunts, and uncles.
We want to share our endless appreciation for all of the family and friends who were there for him during the good times and bad. We will forever cherish Greydon's kind, generous, and sensitive soul.
There will be a Celebration of Life & Love in his honor on what would have been his 27 birthday, August 24, 2022. You can join us starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Harry C. Moore Pavilion at Riverside Park in Beloit, WI. We encourage family and friends to come share in the memories and laughs he blessed us all with.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Harbor Recovery Center in Portage, WI, (205 W. Pleasant St. P.O. Box 803, Portage, WI 53901, www.theharborrecoverycenter.com/donate).

Deepest sympathies for Danielle, Nick, and all those touched by Greydon. It is with a heavy heart that I write this as I only knew Greydon as a sweet little blondie with a gigantic, bright smile. I am so very sorry for your devastating loss, and thinking of you guys more than you know at this extremely sad time. Warm regards and big hugs to you and your family.
