MaryAnn Koester, age 95, of Waunakee, died October 28, 2025. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 7 at 11 a.m. at St Mary of the Lake, Westport. Visitation from 10 until the time of Mass. Ryan Funeral Home is assisting the family.

My memory of my Aunt Mary Ann was feeling of being welcomed when I spent time in Lancaster with my cousins in summers. Recently I was fortunate to visit with her at our family reunion in Dubuque. It was 50+ years since we´ve seen each other. Still the same kind aunt I remembered...sharp minded, thoughtful and caring, wanting to know about my life. God bless you & comfort your children.
