BARNEVELD - Patricia Ann Malcheski, age 83, of Barneveld, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Four Winds Lodge.
A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON CAMACHO MOUNT HOREB FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, followed by a luncheon at the funeral home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Pat's family requests that you wear something colorful like her quilts to the service to honor her memory. Burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery, Washburn, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
