Roger Dean Willoughby, born in Rolla, North Dakota (1939 – 2025) sadly passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025, at his home in Pardeeville, Wisconsin after a life well lived.
Roger worked for Joe Daniels Construction as a foreman and concrete finisher in Madison for 23 years. Showing his caring nature, Roger was a volunteer firefighter/EMT in both Poynette and Monona for over 20 years, and at Three Gaites Therapeutic organization.
