MADISON - Rosemary Elizabeth Kibbe, age 89, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Oakwood Hebron Oaks.
A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, at 12 p.m., on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. to the time of the service on Tuesday.
