OREGON - Steven Ray "Steve" Rowin, age 73, of Oregon, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, at Oregon Health and Rehab.
A memorial service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 12 noon on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday.
