Darlene G (Loveland) Larsen, 91, former Rupert resident passed away on October 18, 2025 in Sandy, Utah. She was born in Rupert, Idaho on August 13, 1934 to Veral and Ione Loveland. She was joined in that family by her brothers Duane, Jerry, Lamar and Ron. She married Keith Alma Larsen on June 19, 1953 in the Idaho Falls Temple. They were blessed with five children: Reo (Terrie), West Valley City, Utah, Kal, Springville, Utah, Sheryl, Taylorsville, Utah, Lori, Taylorsville, Utah and Kathy Lynne Kelson (Andy), Orem, Utah. She has 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She and Keith moved to West Valley City, Utah in August 2005 and later to Sandy, Utah in June 2019.
Funeral services will be held in Rupert, Idaho on Friday, October 24th at 11 a.m. at 26 South 100 West (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) with a viewing from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Graveside dedication of the grave and burial will take place at Rupert Cemetery at 450 N Meridian, Rupert, ID on Friday, October 24th following the service.
