Garrison Horsley Obituary
November 16, 1999 - November 9, 2025
Garrison was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him.
He is survived in death by his parents, Ryan Horsley and Miah and Joel Floyd; his siblings, Brayden, Alannah, Hannah, Kiera, Matthew, Michael, and Ellie; his niece, Hallie; grandparents, Terry and Gary Horsley and Jackie Floyd; and his great-grandmother, Marlean Thompson.
Garrison was a loving son, brother, grandchild, nephew, cousin, and uncle who deeply honored each of these relationships. Known for his generous spirit and open heart, "Gare" had a special gift for being truly present - offering love, acceptance, and forgiveness to those around him. He was a true friend to many, always ready to give of himself and see the best in others.
Creative and full of life, Garrison was gifted in dramatic theater and had a passion for music, nature, hiking, animals, sports, and history. From a young age, he became a discerning movie connoisseur, especially drawn to superhero stories and all things Star Wars.
We grieve the loss of this beautiful man whose light will forever live in the hearts of those he touched.
The community is invited to gather in his memory on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Twin Falls Visitor Center and surrounding area. Please bring a light - a candle, flashlight, or phone - to shine together as a symbol of love, remembrance, and support for one another.
