Garrison Wayne Horsley
November 16, 1999 - November 7, 2025
Garrison Wayne Horsley, a radiant spirit and devoted son, brother, and friend, passed away too soon leaving a profound void in the Twin Falls community he cherished. Born on November 16, 1999, in Twin Falls, Idaho, Garrison was the beloved son of Ryan Horsley and Miah Floyd.
Garrison was a proud graduate of Twin Falls High School, Class of 2018. Following his graduation, he immersed himself in his passions leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He passed away on November 7, 2025.
A Life of Passion and Creativity: Garrison found a deep and abiding love for the stage, pursuing his passion for Theater as an actor in several local plays. He was equally devoted to the magic of the screen embracing his identity as a devoted Film Buff who happily spent several years working at the local movie theater and sharing his enthusiasm with patrons and fellow employees. His appreciation for the arts extended to his burgeoning vinyl record collection which beautifully reflected his diverse love for various genres of music. An adventurer at heart, Garrison was energized by the outdoors and loved taking advantage of Idaho's beauty through hiking and rafting.
A Heart for People, Animals, and Food: Garrison was known for his warmth, his huge heart and his magnetic personality, which often led him to go by the nickname "Gary." A loving nod to his grandfather. This kind nature was evident in his profound love for animals, who were always drawn to his gentle spirit from an early age. He brought his creative spark into the kitchen working as a cook at local favorites including Buffalo Wild Wings and more recently, O'Dunken's Draught House. It was at O'Dunken's where his talent shone brightly culminating in the creation of several signature dishes-one of which bears his name.
Family: Garrison's memory will be forever cherished by his loving parents, Ryan Horsley and Miah Floyd; and his beloved siblings, Brayden Horsley, Alannah Horsley, and Keira Horsley. He will be dearly missed by his extended family, numerous friends, and all those whose lives were brightened by his presence, his music, and his generous heart.
