Rosemary Lancaster Obituary
Rosemary was born in Norfolk, Neb., on July 31, 1929, and was raised by her grandparents. She graduated from high school in Santa Monica, Calif., before moving to Idaho. She worked at Mountain Bell and American Oil.
Rosemary married Leroy Lancaster on July 7, 1957 in Twin Falls. Together they raised two children, Don and Jeanne and also raised three grandchildren. They owned a farm in Kimberly and after retirement, moved to Twin Falls. They were able to spend winters each year in Yuma, Ariz., and travel in their RV.
Rosemary loved people and never met a stranger. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy of her life. She was passionate about helping others and wanted them to experience the saving grace of her precious Jesus. She enjoyed making a home, traveling, reading, bible study, playing pinochle, and pretty things. She was an active member of First Baptist Church (Kingdom Church) for almost 70 years.
Rosemary was predeceased by her parents and grandparents; best friend and beloved husband, Lee; son, Don Lancaster; daughter, Jeanne Lancaster; and brother, Gene Lefler. She is survived by her grandchildren, Amy (Mark) Boer, Chancy Lancaster, Jeremy (Bobbie) McCasland, Jini (Mike) Rinard, David Lancaster; siblings Patsy (Jack) Bixler, Jack Lefler, Judy (Charles) Potter, Randy (Lisa) Lefler; 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, at Kingdom Church, 910 Shoshone St E, Twin Falls.

Rosemary was one of the sweetest and kindest people I had a priviledge of knowing. I also a pinochle player met Rosemary at the Twin Falls Senior Citizens's Center. Come to find out that her Brother Gene Leftler was a reletive to my famiy! May you rest in peace sweet beautiful friend.

it is with heavy hearts to have to say goodbye to such a wonderful neighbor and friend. Too many memories of her to include. We loved her infectious laugh and always ready smile. May God bless and keep the family.
