Russel Kelly Wallace, born July 30, 1955, in St. Joseph, Mo., passed away on December 8, 2025, in Twin Falls, Idaho, at the age of 70.

A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. His time in uniform was a defining chapter, etched with discipline and the quiet strength of one who answered the call to serve.

Russel's devotion to his family was unwavering. His children lovingly remember him: Juan Hernandez, Phillip Wallace, and Teresa Randle. The memory of his late daughter, Amy Jones, remained ever close to his heart, a bond that endured beyond time and loss.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lori Wallace; his daughter, Amy Jones; his mother, Joyce Embry; his father, Albert Wallace; his sister, Raea McDowell; his brother, Butch Embry; and his brother, Daniel Embry (Junior), whose time on this earth was far too short. Each left an indelible mark on his life and his spirit.

His legacy continues through many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, his sisters, Joy Boller and Teresa Crossfield; and his brothers, Daryl and Bryan Wallace. Among many extended family and friends in Missouri, he will be fondly remembered as everyone's favorite Uncle Russ. His warmth radiated in every gathering, and his stories stitched together generations.

May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him and continue like a steady flame.

There will be a memorial service honoring Russell on Monday, December 15, 2025, starting at 3 p.m., held at White-Reynolds Funeral Chapel, 2466 Addison Ave. E., Twin Falls, ID.
