Anna "Kay" Morgan

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, Anna "Kay" Morgan, age 91, of Columbiana, OH, went home to be with the Lord. She was born in Haverhill, OH, on October 29, 1934, to William W. and Ida Mae (Ratcliff) Brumfield. Kay's memory will be forever cherished by her family, her children, Rev. Dr. Gary L. (Ronda) Morgan of Franklin, OH and Shelley (Rev. Jan) Winnale of Columbiana, OH; grandchildren, Rev. Dr. Joshua (Kristen) Morgan, Veronica (Adam) Higginbotham, Mallory (Anthony) Caeton, Hillary Scholz, Durand (Anna) Winnale and Deron Winnale; her great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Titus Morgan; Declan, Cohen and Nora Higginbotham, and Rory Caeton and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Rev. Gerald L. Morgan, her daughter, Teresa G. Haverstock and her sisters, Colista Hammond and Audrey Smith. Kay loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her family and was very gifted in music, art, crocheting and interior decorating. Kay was a member of the Columbiana Church of the Nazarene and when she was able, she actively served the Lord in the local, district and general Church of the Nazarene. The family would like to thank Jan and Shelley Winnale for their love and care for Kay following her husband, Gerald's death and also thank Mickey Reckner for her help in caring for Kay. Viewing and family to receive friends on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 4:00 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 6:00 pm, at the Columbiana Church of the Nazarene, 330 N. Elm St., Columbiana, OH 44408. Kay will be buried in a private family ceremony at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with her husband, Rev. Gerald Morgan who passed away in 2021.
