David Kuhn Obituary

David R. Kuhn, 82, of Greene Township, passed away after a short illness at St. Joseph Medical Center on Thursday morning, August 28, 2025. He was born April 20, 1943, the son of Harlan and Virginia Smith Kuhn. He was a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in business. Dave was a tax accountant for Commercial Intertec. He was a member of the Mecca Community Church where he held many different positions. He also belonged to the Antique Tractor Club of Trumbull County. Dave was a Master Gardener. He was clerk for Greene Township and was the zoning inspector for the township. Dave was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Bowser Kuhn, whom he married June 20, 1965. He is survived by a son, David (Charity) Kuhn of Greene, a granddaughter, Jenna Kuhn, and a sister, Nancy Sampson of Greene. Dave was also preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dale Kuhn. In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions be made in his name to the Mecca Community Church, 5920 Phillips-Rice Rd., Cortland, Ohio 44410. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mecca Community Church on Friday, September 5, 2025 from 5 to 8 p.m. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of David R.
