Donald E. Hoyle

Donald E. Hoyle, 91, of Warren, OH passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, at his home. He was born February 11, 1934, in Youngstown, OH, the son of Harry Wallace and Helen Louise (Clark) Hoyle. Donald retired from Packard Electric. He enjoyed cooking, hanging out with his buddies and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Ohio State Buckeyes. Donald was an animal lover and especially loved his dog, Penny. He was very proud of his Scottish heritage. He is survived by his daughter, Dorine (Bob) Owens of Warren, OH; son, David (Terry) Hoyle of Warren, OH; grandchildren, Angel Davis, Maria Mastromihalis, April Davis, Adam Davis, and Jonah Owens; great-grandchildren, Christian, Parker, Fallon, Ember, Dakota, and Kylie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dora May Hoyle, and daughter, Diane Davis. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm -2:00 pm on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any material contributions be made to the Trumbull County Dog Pound.
