Douglas Huebner Obituary
Born October 8, 1942, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late Howard and Mildred Huebner.
Doug was a proud graduate of South High School and went on to earn his master's degree from Youngstown State University. He served honorably in the United States Air Force before beginning a long career as an accountant with ALCAN.
Doug enjoyed the simple things in life-relaxing at home or spending time with friends at the Eagles or Saxon Club.
He is survived by his son, Scot (Erica) Huebner, of Boardman; three grandchildren, Ashley, Arielle, and Dominic; as well as two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Huebner.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman, Ohio 44512. Doug will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
