James Gibson Obituary

James Marshall Gibson, 76, of Warren passed away peacefully on August 28 at home. He was preceded in death by his mom and dad, Helen and Wilbert Gibson, his daughter Ryan Elizabeth Gibson, his sister and three brothers. Jim is survived by his wife Lonnie Dishong Gibson; two loving children Seasen Elizabeth (Luke) Rychlik, Jared Wesley (Ra Shonda) Gibson; five grandchildren (whom Jim thought were the best) Brady, Casey, and Jesse Rychlik, Chase Gibson and Marissa (Curtis) Ludson. He is also survived by his loving in-laws: mother Amy Jean Dishong Cauffield, Gary and Dorothy Dishong, Paula Dishong Clark, Jim (Jeanne) Ahern. He was also very close to his cousins Faith Gibson Presjak and Hope Gibson Smith. Jim did estimates for the W. B Gibson Co. and his own JMG Electric Co. He really loved owning and running Howland Beverage Center, the Pizza Oven, raising ten acres of sweetcorn, restoring/building/and racing cars, snowmobiling in NY, and playing the banjo every night. Per Jim's request, there will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jim's memory to Southington United Methodist Church, 4348 Smith Nelson Rd, Southington, Ohio, 44470. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
