Pulaski - James A. White, Jr., 68, of Pulaski, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.
James was born April 21, 1956 in Youngstown ,OH and was a son of the late James and Sarah (Curry) White.
At the age of 17, James started his journey, serving his country proudly in the United States Navy. On January 14, 1978, he married the love of his life, the former Rosemarie Daff. The two shared almost 47 beautiful years of marriage. They raised their four children and were later blessed with their eight grandchildren.
He worked for many years as a custodian for Wilmington Area School District. He was fond of Harley Davidson motorcycles and watching western shows. You could often find him enjoying the outdoors where he was often hunting, fishing, gardening, and woodworking.
Above all, James cherished his moments of being a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
In addition to his loving wife, Rosemarie, he is survived his children, James A. (Shayna Quinn) White, III of GA, Joshua D. (Cynthia) White of CA, Jonathan A. (Sierra Weikart) White of Lowellville, and Sara (Jon Klar) White of Lowellville; grandchildren, James, III, Samual, Madison, Richard, Addison, Liam, Noah, and Tailin; sisters, Linda (Don) Stahlman of Poland, Sally (John) Dyce of FL, and Martha Bares of Youngstown; and his beloved furry companion, Roscoe.
An hour of calling will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with a memorial service and military honors to follow at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home, 11 Spring St., Struthers, Ohio 44471.
