Jean Bernard Obituary

"Together Again" Warren – Jean L. Bernard passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, September 27, 2025, at Hospice House of the Valley. Jean was born September 22, 1940, in Warren, the daughter of the late Charles T. and Madeline (Scarpaci) McCleery Sr. She was a 1958 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and was as a Licensed Insurance Agent with several companies over her professional career. She was Catholic by faith, loved to travel, and had many interests and hobbies. Her husband, the late John (Jack) T. Bernard, whom she married May 12, 1960, passed away April 7th, 2000. Jean leaves three children, Brenda Smith, Sean Bernard and his wife Pam Politsky, and Tracey B. Buysee and her husband Philippe. Jean also leaves seven grandchildren to cherish her memory, Zachary, Jack, Madison, Kelly, Laura, Elise, and Margeaux, one great granddaughter, Ruby Louise Noe McCracken, and one sister, Dee Dee Watson. Besides her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by a brother Charles T. McCleery Jr. and one sister Charlene Bagby. Following Jean's wishes there are no calling hours or services planned at this time.
