Jonathan Fields Obituary

Mr. Jonathan David Fields Sr., lovingly known as "JoJo", was born July 13, 1966 in Youngstown, OH, a son of Ernest L. Sr. and Victoria Vaughn Fields. Jonathan passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Jonathan was a devoted father and family man who loved his children deeply and showed up for them no matter what. He enjoyed watching TV, cooking, working on cars and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He had a gift for working on cars and could fix just about anything. If something was broken, he was the one you could call. His hands were rarely still, and his willingness to help others was just part of who he was.

His presence, guidance, and unwavering support were constant in their lives. He found joy in being a father and took pride in the bond he shared with each of his children.

He leaves to cherish his memory five daughters, Anetta, Victoria, Joenishia, Sarah, and Ashawnte; six sons, David, Isahia, Joseph, Antuan, Jonathan Jr., and Deonte; Christina, whom he loved and cherished; his only brother, Ernest; and a host of other family members and friends.

Jonathan was preceded in death by his parents.

Though he is deeply missed, his love, lessons, and memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His presence remains with all his family always.

Humbly submitted by his Family.
