Kelly J Caroselli

Kelly J Caroselli, 80, of Warren died Saturday March 11, 2023 at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, Florida. Kelly was born the only child to John and Rosalina Capuzzi Caroselli on November 12, 1942. He was a 1962 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, a Vietnam Veteran having served from 1965-1967, and a retired auto worker from General Motors Lordstown in 2002. Kelly was a member of Our Lady of Mt Carmel Parish in Niles, a Life Member of the North American Hunting Club, the Niles Knights of Columbus Council 1681 and member of The Monsignor Francis J. Lavery 4'th Degree where he served as Faithful Navigator, and numerous golf leagues. Kelly enjoyed family, cooking, golfing, hunting, gardening, and was always one to welcome friends, new and old alike, with a smile and a joke. Kelly never met a stranger. His sense of humor was enjoyed and cherished by all, and will be missed by all that knew him. He will be deeply missed by his two sons David Caroselli and wife Anna of Reynoldsburg, Brian Caroselli and girlfriend Jeannie Collins of Canton, Georgia, and his three grandchildren Gabby, Gage, and Gavin. Kelly is preceded in death by his parents, and his loving wife Darlene, whom he married on July 12, 1969 and who passed away on February 21, 2018. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mt. Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 4:30PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00AM Monday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral home. Kelly will be honored for his military service by The Trumbull County American Legion Honor Guard following the mass. Burial will be in Vienna Township Cemetery.
