Meaghan Mullen Obituary

Salem - Meaghan Mullen, age 46, of Salem, died on Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was born on July 30, 1978, in Salem, daughter of Melvin and Linda Perkins Winters. Meaghan had worked as a Registered Veterinary Technician at Fairfield Animal Hospital for over 20 years until 2022. She enjoyed nature, hiking, animals, music and art. Meaghan rescued numerous animals throughout her life and loved and nurtured many of her own beloved pets Meaghan is survived by her husband, David Mullen, whom she married on April 22, 2005; brother, Matthew (Michelle Mahler) Winters of Columbiana; sister, Amanda (Avery) Ohlin of Petersburg; nephew, Rayne Ohlin; grandmother, Carol Perkins and two cousins, Anthony Melone and Nicholas Melone. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Richard Perkins; grandparents, James and Ruth Winters and an aunt, Gretchen Marino. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Columbiana County Humane Society, 1825 S. Lincoln Ave. P.O. Box 101, Salem, OH 44460.
