Robert W. Anthony Jr.

Robert W.(Bobby) Anthony Jr. age 62 of Niles passed away peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday Sept 12, 2024 at the Continuing Healthcare of Niles Nursing Home in Niles. He was born on Dec. 15, 1961 in Ravenna, OH the son of the late Robert W. Anthony Sr. and Wilda Mae (McCrystal) Anthony- Fenton. Bob has lived in Niles for the last 10 years formerly of Newton Falls. He graduated from Jackson Milton High School in the Class of 1980. Bob worked as a Security Guard for many different banks over the years. He loved to do his outside yardwork including mowing, planting flowers, designing landscape, his dogs, watching the Cincinnati Bengals, and the Cincinnati Bearcats Football. He enjoyed fishing with his Dad and Brother Greg in his younger years. Bob was most proud of the fact that he lived a Sober Life for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother: Gregory R. Anthony and 1 sister: Barbara L. Byerly. Bob is survived by: 1 son: Bryan L. Anthony of Youngstown, 1 sister: Deborah & Richard Mattes of Boardman, uncle to 6 nieces & nephews: William Turner, Susan Turner, Michael Turner, Kyle Anthony, Morgan Anthony, Sarah Anthony, great uncle to a few great nieces and nephews, and 2 good friends who were like family: Sandy Amy, Pam Woolensack and their families. Bob's wishes are to be cremated. There will be no services. He will be laid to rest beside his mother Wilda at Newton Falls Cemetery.
