Shirley Fabian Obituary
WARREN – Shirley L. Fabian, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. She was born March 2, 1936 in Warren, the daughter of Russell G. and Edith Leone (Michael) Williams.
Shirley was a 1955 graduate of Leavittsburg High School. She worked at Century Foods, becoming head cashier at 18 and met her future husband, Nick. The children lovingly called her "Grandma Fabian." She also loved reading, music, and watching classic movies, especially those featuring Gordon McCrae and Doris Day.
She leaves precious memories that live on in her three children: Judy Fabian of Bazetta, Susan Robison (Dan) of Champion, and Brian Fabian (Lora) of Michigan; three grandchildren: Andrew Robison (Monica), Breanne Varela (Mark), and Ashley Field; two great-grandchildren, Izabella Rose and Noah Valera; several nieces, nephews, and their families; and many friends who adored her and remember her fondly.
Preceding her in death are her parents; her beloved husband of nearly sixty-one years, Nick Fabian, whom she married September 3, 1955 and who passed June 23, 2016; her daughter, Debbie Fabian, who passed August 26, 2018; five siblings: William Bauer, Mildred Williams-Steinbeck, Roy Bauer, June Miller-Snow, and Duane Bauer; her four-legged BFF and constant companion, Parker; and many, many kittens.
