Herbert Barlow Obituary
Herb Barlow, 79, well known musician, died Thursday morning, December 28, 2006 at Linda Vista Care Center in Ashland, Ore.
A memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Medford on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at the VA Cemetery in Eagle Point, Ore.
Herb is survived by his wife, Erma; and three step-sons, John, W. Franklin and Thomas Brian Randall; their wives and children; and a step-daughter, Wendy Tarrant.
Herb will be missed by many friends.

Herb was a great Father-in-law and a wonderful friend. He had such a great since of humor and was pleasant to spend time with. He lived a live doing what he loved which was playing his music. He was very much loved and will be greatly missed.

Herb will be remembered for his musical talents throughout Coachella Valley, CA. He sang in the Indio Methodist Church Choir and was in the Handbell Choir; sang in Medford, OR Methodist Choir and played Bass instrument in church band. Performed at "Pietros" Restaurant in Palm Desert, CA. Played in bands and combos in Coachella Valley CA and Medford, OR.
Was a participant in Arabian Nights Pageant as a singing "Vizier" at Indio, CA. He was a happy friend to all. Herb loved his musical career. He will be missed by his many friends in the desert and Oregon. Sympathy is with his wife, Erma and family.
