Just looked up Mary on the spur of the moment from my home in Seattle, where I have lived for 35 years since my employment at Stanford Business School. I met Mary in the late 1970's while staffing our great business volunteer, James F. Dickason, her boss. I remember Mary as a lovely, helpful, and supportive colleague who helped me to support her boss. She was the consummate professional while being a wonderful person. Little did I know that we both moved north!

I can not say that I have a favorite memory of my grandma but that I have so many and that I know that I am very blessed to have had her in my life.

Tina, Your mom will be missed so very much at Bunco. No matter how any of us felt when we got there, tired, crabby, not feeling well, your mom always had something great to say and change the way we would feel. Your family was very blessed to have Mary in your lives. She was one of the kindest, loving women I have ever had the pleasure to know. I will miss her so very much, not only was she a great bunco pal, she was a terrific women. I know I can speak for all of her long time Bunco ladies, we will miss her smile, laughter, and just the joy of having her there with us. Keep her close to your heart, I will.
Sincerely, Mary Robbins

Dear Tina and family,
Your mother was a great inspiration to me and she was very much loved. She was such a worker wirh "Friends" of AVFD 9 and it just won't be the same without her. Please know that we send our love and blessings to you and the family at this difficult, sad time.
