Annie C. Trask

AUGUSTA - Annie C. (Rideout) Trask, 71, passed away Dec. 21, 2018, at Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home in Waterville after a long illness. She was born Feb. 22, 1947, in Gardiner, the daughter of Lauren N. and Annie C. (Clark) Rideout.

The family would like to thank Beacon Hospice Services for their help and making her comfortable, the staff at Mount Saint Joseph Nursing Home in Waterville for their care, Augusta Rehabilitation for the care she received while there since 2015, and Country Manor Nursing home in Cooper's Mills for their help and kindness while she resided there.

Annie is survived by an ex-husband of many years, Edward Task, Sr. loving father of four sons, Edward Trask, Jr. and companion Tracy St. Amard of Mt. Vernon, Ricky Trask and companion Beth of Manchester, Jeffery Trask of Pittston, Michael Trask of Augusta; grandchildren, Erica Richardson, Scott Trask, Jennifer Trask, Ashley Trask; great-grandchildren; brothers, Kenneth Rideout Sr. and wife Priscilla of Sidney, Ralph Rideout and wife Karalyn of Windsor; sisters, Lena Worthing of Windsor, Dot Moulton of Pittston, Irene Rideout of North Augusta, Evelyn French of Somerville, Ramona Dean and husband Joe and son of Florida; Catherine Lawrence and husband Claustin of Sidney; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Lauren and Annie Rideout; a special sister and friend, Barbara Sproul.

A graveside service will be held in the spring 2019 at Resthaven Cemetery in Windsor at the convenience of the family.
