NORTH ANSON - Betty A. (Hines) Dickey, 75, of North Anson, passed away on Sept. 2, 2016, at Redington Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan.
She was born in Farmington, Maine on April 17, 1941, a daughter of Caroll and Ethelyn (Adams) Hines.
Betty was predeceased by by both of her parents; her husband Keith Dickey, a brother, Philip Hines, a sister Nancy Morang, four cousins, Wesley Moody, Dick Hines, Jim Hines and Arnold Joy; as well as a nephew Evander and a niece Wanda.
She is survived by her four daughters, Cathy Cates of North Anson, Brenda Desrosiers of New Hampshire, Pamela Palmer of Waterville, and Bonita Weiss of Norridgewock; seven grandchildren Natasha of Industry, Shawn of Madison, Jami and her husband John of Skowhegan, Meagan of North Anson, Cassandra of Norridgewock, Chris and his wife Cheryl of Tennessee, and Kendall and his wife Ann of Newport.; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Andrews and her husband Odber of Solon and Helen Webber and her husband Clarence of Madison and a brother Robert Hines and his wife Pat of North Anson.
The family would like to thank Donny Raymond and his wife Loretta for their kindness and generosity.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday Sept.10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Sunset Cemetery in North Anson. Pastor Tobin Curtis will be officiating. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Giberson Funeral Home, Madison.
