AUGUSTA - Garrett T. Brown, 21, of Monroe Street, died unexpectedly on Nov. 30, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Lansing, Mich. on June 29, 1994, the son of Traci A. Brown.
Garrett graduated High School in 2012. He was employed by Huttig Building Products in Augusta. Garrett was a very kind and caring person and a hard worker who will be sadly missed by many.
Surviving is his mother, Traci A. Brown and his stepfather Hank W. Johnston of South China; a stepbrother, Justin Johnston of Caribou; his aunts Trudy Kopyc of Augusta, Carolyn Cortright of Mason, Mich., and special aunt from birth Christine Lacasse-Potter of Onondaga, Mich., his uncles Paul Larson of Perham, and Nathan Larson of Caribou; and several other great-aunts and uncles; his grandparents Mary and Jeff Edgecomb of Caribou, Connie Brown of Florida, and Carl and Noella Johnston of Easton; and several cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents Robert Larson of Caribou, Dennis Brown of Lansing, Mich., Ken and Ruth Cortright of Eaton Rapids, Mich., Herbert Paul of Caribou, and Arthur and Estella Larson of New Sweden; and his aunt Caroline Larson of NH.
