Jim Turner was truly an exceptional man. He was one of the best racers at Oxford Dragway, on and off the track. His contagious, positive attitude and good sportsmanship was very special. We will miss him greatly.

I worked at Charlie's with Jim. He gave me a bunch of help putting my Plymouth Duster together which I then took to Oxford and Winterport a few times. Jim and I went to New England Dragway and watched John Force race. He was a really super person, very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I hope he's in Heaven now driving his Carousel Red '70 GTO Judge.
