Arthur Wheeler Obituary
LYMAN - Arthur A. Wheeler Jr., 71, of Lyman, died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016. Arthur was born in Westbrook on Nov. 4, 1945, the son of Arlene "Kelso" and Arthur A. Wheeler, Sr. Arthur attended Scarborough Elementary School and Bonny Eagle High School, graduating with the class of 1963.
Arthur served in the Army National Guard from Dec. 1965 to July 1970. He worked as a chef and salesman in the food industry until 2003. He was a past member of the kidney foundation. Arthur was an avid gardener, wood-worker, and photographer. He and his grandchildren were part of numerous farmer's markets in lakes region of New Hampshire.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Louise Willette Wheeler; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Smith, and Christine Parsons; five grandchildren, Devon Hopson, Shannon Hopson, Autumn Mains, Summer Parsons, Spring Parsons; and one great-grandson, Oliver Mains. Also, survived by cousins Bonnie Bloomquist, Russell Davis, and Marilyn Murray.
