STANDISH - Cameron Charles Smith of Standish died on Oct 7, 2015 at the age of 23. He is survived by his parents Jeffrey and Maria Smith; brother Morgan; and two beautiful children, Porter and Paisley. Cameron was born in North Conway, NH on March 22, 1992.
Cameron was an amazing young man who touched so many people's hearts. He was a loving son, brother and most importantly a father. His two beautiful Children adored their "DaDa". Cameron had a deep love for music, whether it be DJing, playing guitar and drums or just listening to his favorite songs. Cameron was a carpenter who worked alongside his family.
Cameron was incredibly passionate, kind, warm hearted and caring and wanted the absolute best for everyone. His compassionate and loving nature made him very easy to talk to, he was quick to lend an ear or offer a helping hand. All Cameron ever wanted was to be a good father to his children, a loving son and a caring brother. He is loved by his family and friends and will be missed by many.
An hour of visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11, from 2-3 p.m. at the Standish Congregational Church, 25 Oak Hill Road, Standish where a funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.dolbyfuneralchapels.com.
In lieu of flowers all donations will be donated to children that cannot afford music lessons or instruments but have a desire to learn.

Got to know Cameron this last year and this year while he and his father and crew were building a wonderful addition to our home in Standish. We knew him as a sweet loving, sensitive, kind person. We wish he had been able to stay in this world and meet his full potential because it was there waiting. Our wishes for peace and comfort to his family and friends.

Cam, I trust that are in God's precious hands! My heart is broken that you are gone from this world...I wish that I could say or do something to ease the incredible pain your parents and Morgan are going through now. Sweet Cameron, I will always remember your beautiful face especially your smiling eyes and your calm, warm presence. You left this world in such a short period of time but i believe your jouney has just begun. I am so sad for our loss but I am so happy for what you have gained.
